£50 for the first hour, and then £20 per ½ hour thereafter. Minimum Charge 1 hour.
Weekends are charged same price

Full Day: £200 (8hrs) (should additional  labour be needed, the day rate would be x additional people in all cases)
Half Day: £100 (4.5hrs)
Furniture fixing, paint and decorating,  Minor plumbing,  minor electrical issues,  Manholes & Toilets are £50 per  hour.  This is due to the nature of the work being very messy & not very pleasant. I am sure you understand.
We have experience sorting window issues  if window no need remove
Cost is maximum: £50
No call out charges
All prices are VAT free! So we wont charge you an additional 20%!
